With the leadership change in 2021, the HOA needs volunteers now more than ever. The HOA is looking for a self starter that can lead and create a committee for the following areas:
- Covenant Compliance Coordinator
- Architectural Review Committee Coordinator
COVENANT COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
POSITION SUMMARY: The Covenant Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the enforcement of the community’s covenants by responding to complaints.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Develop procedure for handling complaints of covenant violations.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times; project and maintain a positive image on behalf of Camden Ridge Homeowners Association.
- Responds to complaints of covenant violations from residents.
- Conducts field investigations, takes photographs, prepare forms, reports and PowerPoint presentations to provide documentation for property violations, property improvement applications, property improvement progress.
- Writes letters/notices or speaks by phone or personally to property owners, home builders, and developer or its designee describing the condition, citing the section of the standards or covenants violated; specifies the corrective action required, and the date by which the corrective action is required.
- Provides advice to property owners on how to comply and seeks voluntary compliance. Initiate follow-up letters.
- Maintains accurate and detailed records of complaints and actions taken; writes reports.
- Communicates with residents, committee members, the public and contractors.
- Participate in community and neighborhood events disseminating educational materials designed to secure pro-active compliance with the covenants.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Covenants, development standards, building codes, plans, blueprints and technical documents.
ARCHITECTURUAL REVIEW COMMITTEE COORDINATOR
POSITION SUMMARY: The ARC Coordinator oversees all activities of the Camden Ridge Architectural Review Program. The Coordinator also works with Architects, Builders, Home Owners and others to provide guidance in design and construction to be sure all design guidelines, rules and regulations and policies are being followed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job function satisfactorily, which includes:
- Develop documents to amend current covenant language/ Work with residents of phases to adopt document.
- Act as the main contact for architects, contractors, and members concerning any residential construction issues within Camden Ridge.
- Organize and attend Architecture Review Committee meetings and take minutes of meetings.
- Write and send correspondence to architects, contractors, and members concerning the review process and any other related issues.
- Process and record design fees and performance bonds.
- Check building site for building footprint within the building envelope.
- Possess knowledge of the Camden Ridge Covenants.
- Perform required intermediate and final inspections on residential buildings.
- Complete reviews of jobsites; (the entire property must be reviewed a minimum of once a week).
- Day by day summary of job sites to be provided to supervisor.
- Meet with supervisor to report on job sites.
- Maintain documentation to assist the ARC.
- Maintain plans, files and spreadsheets for all residential properties.
- Assist the Association President with various tasks and duties as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
