The Camden Ridge Pool and Playground Complex is intended for use by members of the Camden Ridge
Homeowners Association who are in good standing. Members and guests are welcome to use the pools but are encouraged to be mindful that the pools are a community amenity and as such belongs to the community. Treat it and your fellow members and guests with respect and care and it will be an enjoyable place for all of us.
Please observe all rules and report violations, concerns, or make suggestions to a board member via the
Camden Ridge Home Owners website, by e-mail, or by phone. The following rules are set forth in order to assure safety and comfort for all members, please encourage family members and guests to be observant. Members are ultimately responsible that family members and guests follow these rules.
- The pool and playground complex are for Camden Ridge HOA members who are in GOOD STANDING. (dues are current with no complex violation)
- Pool Hours are strictly enforced. Anyone found to be at the pool outside of the posted hours will be considered trespassing and subject to arrest.
- The entrance gate to the pool must always be closed and not propped open. Climbing the fence is prohibited.
- HOA members may have guests provided that the member or a family member is present.
- Lifeguards are NOT provided - swim at your own risk.
- A parent or competent person (18 or older) must ALWAYS accompany and supervise children age 15 and under while at the pool.
- Groups larger than 12, including members, family and guests, must register as a pool party on the HOA website.
- Teenagers and college students may have only THREE guests.
- Teens, college students, house guests or children of property owners should NOT be alone or unsupervised at the pool after dark.
- Persons suffering from fever, cold, pink eye, nasal or other discharge, open sores, skin diseases, diarrhea or other communicable diseases are NOT permitted in the pool.
- Proper swimming attire is required, and swim diapers must be worn by all children not potty trained.
- Small children must be supervised when using the restroom.
- NO SMOKING is allowed in the pool and playground complex.
- NO glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
- Pets are NOT allowed in the pool and playground complex area.
- No boats of any type or large floatation devices are allowed in the pool.
- Running, diving, or horseplay (especially on the fountain) are strictly prohibited - swim at your own risk.
- Profanity, vulgar remarks and other improper behavior will NOT be tolerated. Note: “Disorderly conduct” shall be considered to be any violation of the pool rules or any other behavior, activity or conduct that is significantly disruptive to others’ enjoyment of the pool and could include but not limited to: excessive splashing of pool water on other persons, running or diving, horseplay, fighting, use of abusive language or any other dangerous activity. Any pool user who engages in disruptive conduct will be asked to leave. Refusal to leave will result in a call to the police and pressing of criminal charges.
- NO TRESPASSING or loitering in the pool area or parking lot is allowed after dark. The pool closes at 10:00pm. Non-members are trespassing if entering the pool area without a member accompanying them.
- Treat rest rooms as though they were your own and do not leave untidy or trashed.
- Please take all belongings home with you at the end of your visit.
- Trash must be placed in proper containers. Clean up before you leave.
The following is the fine schedule for residents who are found on camera allowing someone to enter the pavilion and pool area:
- 1st Offense - $25 fine billed to homeowner and access card will be turned off until paid.
- 2nd Offense - $50 fine billed to homeowner and access card will be turned off until paid.
- 3rd Offense - $100 fine billed to homeowner and access card will be turned off for the rest of current calendar year.
